YES I REMOVED IT!!!
1: search for "tablet PC settings" on your computer
2: click on "other" tab
3: click on go to pen input devices
3: double click on "press and hold-right click"
5:click on little box thingy that says "enable press and hold for right clicking"
and TADA!!! hope this helps its been a pain in the ass for me but i got it
now i can try the pencil madness game with out right clicking leave a comment if this helped or not
